PowerDVD 4.0 & RCE Discs

I am using DVDDecrypter to store my DVDs on a RAID array and am trying to play them back with the "Open DVD File on Hard Disk Drive" option in PowerDVD. It works for most discs, but not for the RCE ones. I still get the "This movie is in the wrong region" message, even though i have tried using DVD Decrypter to set the region to 1.

I have tried using the DVDGenie program but that didn't help. I can play the movies fine straight from the DVD, just not the HDD.

Anybody else run into this and might have some info on how to fix this? Customer Support from Cyberlink has been less than satisfactory, it has taken three emails so far and the tech support agent has no clue what i am talking about by playing the VOBs from the hard drive.

Use IfoEdit to remove the RCE protection.
