    Region 2 to Multi-region problem

    Hi,

    First of all I am pretty new to this stuff so its quite possible I have made an error

    I used DVD Encrypter 3.5.4.0 to rip a region 2 DVD (I opted to make this dvd a multi-region) and ripped to my hard drive.

    I then used DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15 to make a backup and all finished successfully.

    When I view the DVD the picture is rolling and the audio and video are synchronized...

    Can anyone help me ? Is it my original rip or my write to DVD-R? Is it still region 2 encoded? Have I missed some setting?

    Sorry if this is very basic and thanks for any help,

      Welcome to the forums tangbmc! Your in region 1 I take it? If you are, you cannot just simply change the region code or make it region free. You still have to change/convert the format from PAL to NTSC. Converting PAL to is a guides.
