Hi, I had managed to make my Sony DVD-ROM region free in the past thanks to instructions from http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/articles/region.html. However, I am upgrading to a DVD-RW drive soon but i cannot find any info on how to make DVD-RW drives region free @ digital digest. Anyway, is there any DVD-RW drives that is region free by default (like some of the DVD-ROMs listed here)? If not, is there anywhere i can find a list of DVD-RW drives' firmware to make them region free? Pls advise, thanks in advance.

NP. Hope it works for you. Otherwise, you might try DVD Region Free (lite) from www.dvdidle.com However, it costs a bit.
