Hallo to everyone. I need help in order to know if there is a solution for a problem related to dvd region 3. A friend of mine blocked his dvd player in region 3. What I have read until now is the following:
Region Counter - A counter in hardware or software that stores the number of region changes still available. Everytime you change the region settings, the counter will decrease. Counter usually starts at 4, and when it reaches 0, you'll no longer be able to change the region settings.
The counter reaches now 0. Is it really true that there are anymore solutions. Can you tell me if you know something to do?
