How to transfer Region 2 dvd's to Region 1?

Hi. I'm having serious problems with transferring a Region 2 dvd to Region 1. I've wasted 8-10 blank dvd's on this. I've also download DVD Region+CSS Free software, along with DVDFAB Express, still didn't work.

Can anyone please tell me what I'm doing wrong, and what are the steps to transfer Region 2 to Region 1 dvd's?

Making the DVD region free is just one step (the easiest step out of them) to changing region 2 to region 1.

Not only do you have to just the region number, you also have to change the format of the video from "PAL" to "NTSC". (Which is hard)

I would say the majority of the time, your going to get "undesirable" results even if you are successful.

Your best bet is to buy a DVD player that will play all regions.
