Which dvd drive to buy?

Thank you guys, now I now I can be region free. Luckily, I did not buy it yet, so I can ask: which dvd drive will be best for me? Which one to slect? Which will accept region killer program?
I do need software dvd, it is easier to change, and I do not have another free PCI slot anyway.
Can you help me with some advice?
