Okay I have files (which I assume are from a DVD) in a folder that has the following extensions: .BUP, .VOB, and .IFO. I know that the .VOB file is the file I want to play, but the video is not in English. It was supposed to have subtitles, but I can't really tell from the file extensions. I want to know how to get the subtitles to appear (if they exist) DivX can play it, but no subbies, and WMPlayer can't open it. If you could help me, that would be great.
.VOB's?

download the free 'media player classic', and open the 'VIDEO_TS.IFO' file with it. it will play your dvd, and look around for the subtitle options
