Hello !
Is there any freeware software like tvtool which can give a full tv screen ?(without the black border around)
My graphic card is nvidia gforce 2 mx 400.

Nope it's all bout the graphic card

I use micro dvd player to get rid of all the black borders and then @ a friend of we tried to get a clear tv out pic. but the damn video card makes a extra balck border so. What we didn.t tried was a Digital monitor that controls the shifting of the screen on your COMPUTER and not on the monitor itself. Maybe that has any affect on the screen. Let me know if this ever works k.
