creative pc-dvd 6x DVD6630E firmware needed. Please Help!

Hi. I have a creative pcdvd 6x and from windows 200 it says it's a DVD6630E. I use the firmware b13A from http://www.firmware.fr.st and instead of getting a OEM Panasonic SR-8584.

I got a Matshita dvd-rom sr-8584A which is NOT region free. Can someone help? Please help because I don't know what the hell is going on and noone seems to have a good idea on how to fix this dvd player. Thank you for any assistance.
