    Playback picture quality

I have just put 2 TV movies onto one disk. Total playing time 337 minutes.

I first of all used DVDShrink on both disks then imported them into DVDLab to include a menu , compiled the disk then burnt with NERO. Although the menu functions well and both titles appear to play OK the quality of the picture is not as good as the original.

Have I tried to pack too much onto one disk ?, should I have burnt directly to the disk ?. or is there some other reason. Could it be a rubbish telly.

The disks are RITEK GO5 .

    Cheers

I'm afraid I have no idea what the compression was I just set it at Automatic.

I normally rely on the software to kniow better than I what it's doing.

I'm afraid I have already deleted the original files shrunk by DVDshrink, I didn't think I'd need them again. Being optomistic, as the disc seemed to burn OK I assumed all was fine and dandy. I sleep on it now anyway as it's approaching 0200 hrs.
