I just caught it yesterday its called "New York Doll". I saw it with 2 of my coworkers from Umvd and to be honest i have yet to see a movie depict a true life even as gritty and realistic as this one portrays. It follows the real life events of Arthur Kane otherwise known as "Killer". When he left the New York Dolls time were really tough for him, and he even tried to commit suicide. Though he starts to slowly regain his life back after discovering mormonism, and leads right up to the point where morrissey ask Kane to join the Smiths.
