Cut VOB by Chapter

Hi

I have a VOB consisting of many chapters, along with its IFO. Is there a program that can automatically cut the VOB into multiple chapters (with the results also being in VOB format)?

Why not use DVDCutter? It can cut the DVD Movie and make you get the clips in .vob format. You can visit www.******.com

I tried DVDCutter and couldn't really figure it out, but if it will work then I'll give it another go.
