dell laptop
hi all
my wife bought a dell laptop on e-bay in jan of 06 and now she bought a dvd-
cd drive for it. now she wants to play dvds on it but thy do not play it looks as if it would you can hear the drive and there is a change in the pointer
windows xp pro auto installed the drive what more is there that i have to do
i read in some threads that win media player should play dvds but that opion
is greyed out in her player
what am missing??
