    Universal Remote Question

Not sure where this fits in...

I have a Sony TV and DVD player, A Bose surround sound system, and Directv TiVo.

Before I got the TiVo, I was using a Universal URC-300 Customizer, about 4 years old. The TiVo is not supported on the URC-300 because of it's age.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to which universal remote I should purchase? The Bose system does not need to work with the remote.

    Thanks!

Philips and other mfrs have 6-8 in ones that come preprogrammed and also have the ability to learn from other remotes.

      Hi,

Check out this site http://www.oneforall-int.com/ and look at the kamelon range. These universal remotes have the ability to download new codes for products just released on the market. I've been using one for 4 years now and never once have i not been able to get a code to make a new piece of equipment work.
      SYSTEM:

Pentioum Duo 6400, 8 GB Ram, 500Gb Hardrive, 32x DVD Rom, 16 x TCorp Duel Layer Burner, Geforce 7900GTX.
