Region Free Problem
I live in the USA.
Used DeFab Decrypter/Shrink and Nero to convert Region 2 DVD's to Region Free.
My Panasonic DMR-ES40V will not playback the new DVD ("Disc is Incompatible").
However a different DVD player, Zenith XBV-443, does play back the new DVD.
Why doesn't the first unit play it back? Does it make any difference that I use DVD-R discs?
This has happened on all of the Region 2 DVD's received and also for region Free DVD's received from the UK.
However, DVD'S that I have converted to Region Free and sent to the UK, do play!
