I need help with 0kb DVDs

Hi I have a Pioneer DVD-Rom 16x

I have severial DVD movies which do not work in my dvd-rom but they do in a DVD-Player (TV type)...

In explorer the vob files all read 0kb, well all files read 0kb...

but I find this strange because then I goto Properties of the DVD-movie it will give a size for example 3.4gb

Is there a way that i can make these 0kb movies work in a dvd-rom?
