I've just setup two new PC's, freshly formatted and XP Pro SP2 installed.
On both systems, when I insert a DVD, this "Intervideo WinDVD 2000 / Syzygy WebDVD" software tries to load up and play them and then crashes.

I don't know how the software got on my system, and there seems to be no way to remove it (all these details and more are in the video above).
Any helpful advice is greatly appreciate, thank you!
