Need Help With Insides of DVD Player
Hi again. I posted about a week ago about my Liteon LD163 DVD-ROM drive making DVDs slip when they try to spin up. Someone replied and said that I should open the drive up and clean off the spinning pad and strech the clamping spring.
Well, I did open up my drive and clean off the pad, but can't find any clamping spring. Do all drives have one of these? I didn't take the drive completely apart, so I might just have to dig deeper to find it.
My problem still continues after the cleaning. Everything seems exactly the same as before (meaning I didn't break anything

What do you think I should do? Should I look harder for the spring? Try something else? Any help appreciated.
