once dvd shrink finishes its job it will automatically send the files to imgburn for burning but only if you have the right version of shrink.

Change your brand of discs. Read this list: LINK

Check and update your firmware on your burner with DVD Decrypter (or ImgBurn): LINK

Then do some test scans with Nero CD/DVD Speed. You can download it free from my signature. There are great stickies in the burning and blank media sub-forum about this tool. LINK

firmware tell the drive how to burn the blanks, if your's is too old it won't do a good job, boot into safe mode and execute the extracted file to update your drive

this will not fix burning too fast on garbage media and trying to watch with an iffy player

until you get the bugs out, watch the files saved to your hard drive and verify
they work, then burn at 4x, use your computer drive to check the burn, then
                              watch with your home player
