I have a problem

1st time poster... I have backed up probably 170-180 dvds in my collection and havent had a problem I couldnt figure out. Lately, within the last 8-10 burns, the discs will burn fine and play in my desktop, laptop, and Playstation 2 but they will not play in my main DVD player. The disc will sometimes start to load and play maybe a preview or two but it will never go the the root menu of the movie. The same movies play in my Playstation but always with the subtitles and commentary on... I recently started using Ripit4me, has anyone else had these kind of problems ?? Thanks for any help

Welcome to the Forum

Just a quick thought. Have you bought a different brand/type of blank DVD?

Some DVD players will only read + or - if it is an older model.

You might also want to read The Golden Rules of Burning. A lot for really good info.
