Dvds don't play in home dvd players

I have Windows Vista and I burn with Nero 7 and after I burn the disks they
don't play on my home player. Can anybody help me. Thanks

Did you make DVD's in XP before Vista and they work without a hitch? Checked compatibility between standalone player and +/- R media?
