Panasonic DVD-RV20

I have had this DVD Player for about 6 or 7 years, and it has been flawless up to this point. Here recently though, I have been having problems with it not playing some DVD's that it has in the past. So far, from the ones that I have tested, it's not playing any of the copies and just a few of the originals.

Does anybody have any suggestions on what might be the problem?

Anybody have any ideas?

By the way, I had an old Sony DVD Player that was giving me the same kind of problem with originals, and I followed the sticky post above about 'Expanding the Life of your Sony DVD Player'. It worked! I just figured there was something out there similar with Panasonic DVD Players.
