Problem with Nero Vision 4

For my computer, the drive is call DVD/CD-RW Drive (E

About the nero info drive, there is a lot and dont know which one your looking for, sorry.

But i found out something when i was looking through the nero info drive. I saw in the Supported Write Features, everything else was uncheck except for CD-R and CD-RW. I was thinking to check DVD boxes but not until you think it is right to do so.

R click my computer > properties>hardware>device manager. Click the "+" sign beside DVDRW Drives.

What does it list as the name of your burner?

The TSST - TS-L462C is a Samsung Burner...

4X (CLV) Standard Speed Media

i forgot to ask you something also, can a SingleDrive: 16X CD/DVD burner (DVD+/-RW) w/double layer write capability burn DVD and CD?

Because I'm about to get another comp and to see if this is the the right drive.

You dont have a DVD burner, but a combo drive. DVD reader and CD-RW.
