cinemaster 99

Hi,

I downloaded the Elsa cinemaster 99 player version 2.0, but everytime I click on the dvdplayer application to install it, it's telling me that it is "unable to load resource file dvba00us.dll. please load file into program directory or reinstall." Now I can see the file, and I don't particurly want to reinstall it, so can anybody please tell me how to do the first option

UPDATE

Ok, now a quick message flashes on the screen saying "dvd player loading, please wait". But then it doesn't do anything. Any ideas?
