Both DVD Player's won't Play

Can anyone tell me why both my DVD players in my computer stop playing ? a pop-up says" iPlayer.exe- unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because ITIIMG3.dll was not found re-installing the application may fix this problem." Where can I find this fix? Thanks for your help

it's included as an extra on commercial dvd's, and one of the reasons I always turn autoinsert notification off for optical drives, all it takes is being logged on as admin user and then anyone just loads a cd or dvd and click yes

people can't resist extra content even if it is junk
