movie chapters are out of order.

I've been backing up my daughters movies for years and never had a problem. I recently baught a new computer and downloaded dvd fab decrypter and dvd shrink just like I had before. Suddenly, when I back up her movies, the chapters don't play in the proper order on my home dvd player. When I play the older movies that I backed up using the same programs, they work fine. I just don't get it
Has anyone ever run into this type of problem?

Sorry we can't talk about rippers on this forum - please see this post by admin and rule 19.

However, it sounds like junk media is more the culprit. Read and implement the Golden Rules of Burning.
