DVD Harry Potter Film will not Play on Toshiba Tecra 8100, Running Win XP
I am trying to play a DVD of a Harry Potter film I purchased in Switzerland and it will not play. Can anyone help me?
I use a Toshiba Tecra 8100 750 MHz processor, running under Windows XP. The DVD loaded InterActual player software automatically as soon as I inserted it in my DVD select bay, and when I tried to run the film it keeps on giving me "Error 2.0" message.
I have checked for relevant software upgrades on Microsoft's and Toshiba's sites and have had no luck to this point in time. What must I do. Do I need different software to play this?
