DVD player only shows FBI warning!?

I just got an ATI All In Wonder 128 Pro. I've installed everything. When I go to DVD player, it starts to play the DVD, but only shows the FBI warning stuff, then just go to the generic DVD screen and stops. AM I missing something obvious. Please help-thank you-
