Movie file is 40 minutes, but WMP says its 37 minutes...

So if u scroll the end it will take you to the 37 minute mark, but it doesnt stop, it plays for another 3 minutes.

anyone know: a) what causes this, and b) if when i burn this to cd it will cut off at 37...
