Copy protection error

I'm trying to play a DVD that works on my son's computer, but won't play on mine. It gives me error code 8090000B 'Copy protection key exchange failure - authentication failure'. It's not a copy and it's the only DVD so far that has a problem on my computer, which is a Dell Inspiron PIII 700 MHz and a Sony CRX85U using PowerDVD. Can anyone tell me what this is about? I've got a similar problem, with a DVD-ROM Pioneer 115, and a AIW Radeon.
