Nero Keeps Rejecting My Dvds Saying Burn Process Failed

when I burn using CDs everything is fine for an example if I burn an SVCD it burns okay or if a burn an mp3 cd or just regular cd it seems to work however though when I use DVDs ( Sony DVD-R ) my burner spits out the dvd and says burn process failed could some one please look at my log and tell me what is wrong and what I have to do THANK YOU PLZZZZZ!!!! =D

use the nero info tool to get your firmware version(under drive) and then put a blank dvd disk in and get us the manufacturer id

alright yeah thanks uhmm there firmware verision is: 1.07
and I am guessing the manufacture id is the serial number??? anyways that is 47D4A25S211 if not tell me how to get the manufacutre ID

sorry, manufacturers id is under disc tab


I am guessing that your firmware is too old and the disks are 16x

you will have to update to 1.0B
