    TV-out problem (Nvidia)

Hello, my English is poor but I will try. I have a nvidia geforce 2 MX/MX 400. When I want to play a DVD on mij TV I get this message:

"This copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is enabled"

I can see everything on my TV except DVD's. Can anyone help me please?

Idealy you should have no problems if TV-out is connected directly to the TV (no VCR inbetween), but nVidia doesn't always make the difference. You should only have this problem with macrovision protected DVD's (and less than half of them are).
    1. Install the latest Detonator drivers; beside 'clone' mode in nview propertie, set 'second display' as 'full screen device' at 'overlay controls'
    2. Rip the DVD to hard disk with Smartripper (or another tool) and play the movie from HD (smartripper removes macrovision protection and area coding).
    3. Use TVtool (but the shareware version only allows 10 min playback at a time).
Try the above in this order...

        try a programme called
        "tv tool v6.5"

it has some sort of macrovision disablers and is compatable with most video cards.
