Best PC to TV Device for DIVX files.

Have PIII 750 with ATI Radeon DDR 32Meg graphics card (no tv out). Would appreciate recommendations for best addon card, scan converter, etc. for showing DIVX movies on tv (NTSC). Am totally confused by the multitude of devices on the market and need to acquire a practical, simple solution. Any advice would be sincerely appreciated.
