Cutting Avi's

Say I have an .avi(DivX) file that is 737mb and a 700mb cd holds 734-735mb max.Is it possibe to cut 2-3mb off the file (removing some of the end score).If so,what program should I use?

Where can I find Adobe Premiere 6.0 DivX plug-ins so I can save the edited output file as DivX and not standard .avi?

What I'm looking for is a simple program like AviChop or something.

You can use VirtualDub to cut your Avi.

Jeez! Ya, use VirtualDub, Adobe Premiere would be way overkill for a simple cut of a file.
