Best *Real-Time* MPEG Capture for ~$150 :: WinXP

Hi.

I would like to capture movies from my VHS connection into my computer so I can burn them onto VCD and/or SVCD

System:

- Athlon 700mh
- 384mb SDRAM
- Leadtek Geforce DDR
- Windows XP

I would like to know what is the cheap route to be able to capture movies in *real-time* without good to exceptional quality. I have limited HDD space (4 gig). I need the best hardware for the money.

- ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 7500 w/ capture
- Capture Card

In summary, I would like to know what is the best capture hardware for under $150 and works well in Windows XP.
