Audio/Video out of sync using DVDx 2.0

Hi, I am new here but I have been trying for a week now to get my movie to work. I am making a svcd and I can't get the sound to sync. Is there something I am missing out on?. I love the video output that I get with DVDx but I just can't get the sound to sync to it. The sound is lagging behind the video. I have tryed force 24hz no luck tryed all the output frame rates still no luck. ALso I do have the Audio/Video Sync checked so I am lost. I have tryed using TMPGEnc pluse and the sound is right on that but very bad Video output. Any help you guy's can give me would be great!!

i have used it a few times now and have never had an audio problem
what are u converting to svcd??
i would suggest uninstalling it
and reinstalling it cos the default settings seem fineif it still isnt working let me know and ill tell u what my settings are
