    burning vcd on to cd

I am very much a beginner at this sort of thing so if I seem stupid then you will understand why.

I have just created my first vcd but am having trouble burning it to a cd.Obviously there are too many files to fit on one cd but how do i split the files so that they can fit on to two 650mb disks.

If anyone could help me it would be very much appreciated. Thanks for your time

you can use tmpg to split your mpeg into 2 files.

go to file, mpeg tools, then go to the merge & cut tab.

add your mpeg...select your range by clicking on edit....and select your outpust destination.

lastly make sure you have selected the correct mpeg type in the dropdown menu near the top. ie. if you are making a regular vcd select "mpeg-1 video CD" or select "mpeg-1 video CD(non-standard) if your mpeg has non-standard settings.
a little bit is better than nada.
sometimes you want the whole enchilada.
