3:2 pulldown on vcd???

I rip all my DVD's to avi/divx, at 23.976 fps. What I want to know is would it be benificial to do a 3:2 pulldown, to convert it back to 29.970, when converting to VCD???

Also should the audio be normalized when converting to VCD???

Nope. Virtually every NTSC standalone player currently available can play VCDs encoded at 23.976fps...
