    Adding a Brand or watermark?

    Could anyone tell me how to add a small image to a video file like a branding mark?

    I have tried to find how people brand thier videos with thier name that sits in a corner or a picture. I have not been successful.

    I have tried virtualdub, FadeToBlack, muvee autoProducer. (Freeware titles)

    Does this need to be done while capturing? Or when commpressing?

    Any help or guidence appreciated.

    You can use Donald Graft's LogoFilter from within VirtualDub.
    Load your .AVI (DivX-compressed or other)
    Set "Audio" to "Direct Stream Processing"
    Set "Video" to "Full Processing Mode"
    Set the "Selection Start" and "Selection End" points for the frames you want to show the logo
    Select and set the LogoFilter
    Set video compression to the same codec and settings (or similar) that were used on the original video
    Save with a new filename

    Let us know of your success ;>}
