Need help with an mpeg movies

Hello, and thank you for your time...

I have a little problem. I have downloaded a movie for a project at school in the format mpeg og mpg, but all my videoplayers sais that the format is unknown. (media player, real player and quicktime).

Is there any programs, codes or something that I can download or do that would most likely make the movie show?


PS! most of my other movies show great...

1) You could try loading it into TMPGEnc. If it accepts the file, you can then convert it to an acceptable format.

2) Do you have WinDVD, or any other program installed that recognizes MPEG2 format? If not, this may be your problem.

Hi there, you could try VCDGEAR to convert the so called MPEG to MPEG, or MPEG to DAT and than DAT to MPEG

Still doesn't work

It did not work with VCDgear... it came up a message called: invalig Mpeg pack size..

What's wrong???

Does it play under Win DVD, which is capable of playing MPEG files (at least, v.3.0 can)?

Hi, to re-pack it use M1-Edit, that should slove the problem
