Via Epia 800 mini-itx

I have recently bought a Via Epia 800 mini-itx mobo and i am wondering what kind of mpeg/dvd pci card you guys would recomend me to buy?
i will only use this puter for movies and music, so there is no need for any 3D cards.

I´m also wondering how to get around the black border that appears when i use the onboard tv-out, appears both with the spdif and s-vhs contacts, i have read about tv-tool and some other programs but what i understand those programs are just for Nvidia cards?

Ok, now i have tried with PowerStrip 3.26 that i found some info about in another thread it installs ok end recognizes the graphics chipset but i cant resize the window!

if there is someone with a solution i would be very greatfull!
