How Fix SVCD file?

I downloadled an SVCD file?

But It can´t be recognized in any player.

I try to identify it with MovieID without results

Is there any program to fix the file?

Does the file end with .mpg extension?

Secondly, ensure you have the mpeg 2 codec installed. You may need a software dvd player such as Windvd, microdvd or powerdvd.

Also I see a lot of SVCD file, obviusly the codec is instaled.
