vids:vcr1 and "nrg"

I recently downloaded a film and when trying to play it the sound was good but no picture. Asked for vids:vcr1 to decompress. Where can I get this for download. Also downloaded another film that seemed to have a "nrg" format. This is new to me. Anyone aware of this and how can this be converted to avi.. etc. Thanking everyone beforehand for response.

yes to answer your question on the nrg format: nrg is the extention for a nero burning rom image file so you will need nero to burn the nrg image file to disk before you can view you film hawever you could use iso buster and use it from there i recomend the former.. hope this helps?
