I just purchased an external DVD player to use with my Dell Latitude Cpi 300 mhz notebook. The video is choppy with a Power DVD v.2.55 player. I have followed most of the suggestions to improve playback. Are there software players that will play smoothly with a pentium II 300? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
