How to detect the framerate of a sub file??

Is there a program out there that can detect the framerate (fps) of a subtitle file like *.sub, *.srt etc. In a lot of occasion i dw a subfile without knowing the framerate.
Is there a program that can detect the framerate of subfile?

any help will be greatly appreciated.
