How to resize screen with software?

Hi all. I didn't know where to exactly put this thread but I'll try it here...

My problem is, that I use my TV to watch DVD movies from my PC, but because in my TV there is no picture resizing options, I can't get full screen size to my movies (about 3cm in every corner of TV screen is just black...).

I tried to find any software screen resizing programs but without any success. And with my graphics card there is no such program. Does anyone know a program which I could download?

What video card do u have? Most of newer drivers are capable of resizing

Well that TVTool program would be awesome, but I see it's only 15 min what I can use it because shareware... And I don't have credit card so can't order that either :/

But I have Gainward Geforce3 Powerpack Ti450, and using Nvidia Detonator drivers. There is no screen resizing options in those drivers...
