Hi,
I have a problem with adding permanent subtitles to divx files. Can anyone tell me what program to use? Then i want to convert those divx files to vcd.

If you are making a divx you can add a subfilter in VDub

or

use submux to mux avi and subfile.
D/L the VobSub package(Includes VDub filters and suxmux)
