Anti-Copy Protection & Capture Cards...

I Recently bought a Graphics card with a Built in Capture card, but unfortunitly it has some kind of Anti-copy Protection on it that will only allow me to record Directly from a Camcorder & about 3 of my own Copyright free VHS Tapes of my own camcorder Footage....

What it does is it puts a white band accross the center of the video that is about 200 pixels high, during the capture process this dosn't show up, but when you play it back, there's the friggin white band....

What I need to Know is How I can Permanently Disable this so that I can get on with my project of Putting a lot of my Camcorder footage onto CD/DVD to send to my rellatives...

I put this in here because I wasn't sure which area to put it in...

And as far as my knowledge extends its un over ridable. The happuage cards dont have that kind of restriction though.
