Smart Ripper not working

I was reading some instructions in gordianknot and it said to only use smart ripper, but when i try and do it, it says some of the files are still locked....I hit ignore and then i got to rip it and it starts and then the green light on my dvd drive starts going but nothing it happening...Is it something to do with the ASPI thing or what?...If theres a file i need please give me a link.

I'am not sure what the problem might be. But using DVDDecrypter for ripping, is also perfectly OK with GKnot.

Use a DVD Player software, such as PowerDVD, to "unlock" the DVD. Load up the movie using the player and, without starting the movie playback, try re-ripping with Smartripper.
