decoder card help!

Does anyone know of any way to get my dvd ecoder card to output everything i see on my computer monitor? Not just when i watch a dvd, but like one of those tv cards? i have a creative dxr3 board running realmagic hollywood drivers.
If anyone knows of a hack or workarounud ot do this, it would be greatlyt appreciated!

You can't make the decoder card act as a tv-out for the windows desktop, like with a graphics card that has tv out.
You can however use it to output divx movies to the tv, using divxplus
But getting this thing to work can be a pain.
